When did this CommonWealth Games started?
In the starting of 1930 an event was held in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, then known as the British Empire Games. This was the first event of its kind.In this way these types of events started ,there names has been changed over time but spirit remained the same .After the Hamilton ,Ontario multigames event , In 1954 its names was changed to British Empire and Commonwealth Games. Again in 1970 the named as British Commonwealth Games
Finally it was changed to its current name of the Commonwealth Games in 1974.
From then no changes has been done............. Thank God!How many changes !!!!!
