BCCI to help atheletes for Commonwealth Games preparations

The Indian Cricket Board have great plans for CommonWealth Games , they have proposed to help sportspersons in five disciplines for the preparation of 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi and a fund of Indian Rupees ,around 50 crores has been allotted for this venture with the Union Government.
BCCI has also come forward to finance the training and participation of tennis player Karan Rastogi, squash player Aditya Jagtap and shuttler Anand Pawar as part of its policy to help talented sportspersons in other disciplines.
BCCI is giving Rastogi Rs 40 lakh, Jagtap Rs 26 lakh and Pawar Rs 14 lakh
